I found this forum through a search for "RPG Maker Resources" looking for a place to share this, however I actually have a long history of using RPG Maker myself (primarily XP around 10 years ago), in fact it was my time using RMXP that inspired my initial desire to create my own music, and a lot of this audio was created with RPG Maker specifically in mind.
